Commit to the Crown Coaching™ is an international pageant consulting firm based in NYC. Founded in 2015 by Jackie Schiffer Commit to the Crown™ has coaches on both coasts and has consulted clients representing all 50 US States and 6 countries.
At Commit to the Crown, we believe in the power of every woman's voice. We believe each contestant comes to pageantry from a different perspective and that each contestant has a unique story to tell. Our approach will help you refine your strategy, improve your public speaking skills, get involved in your community, invest in your personal development, and stand out on stage all while discovering new things about yourself. Founder Jackie reaches her clients through in-person and virtual coaching nationwide. She hosts regular workshops on pageant interview around the country and has trained clients from around the world. Jackie Schiffer, Founder and Head Coach
NYC pageant coach Jackie Schiffer is founder of Commit to the Crown™, an international pageant consulting firm. As a former pageant titleholder she competed in the Miss America, Miss United States, Miss Tourism USA and Worlds Perfect Miss Pageant among others. Her accolades include 7 titles, multiple top five placements, Miss Charity and Miss Congeniality and best in interview and best in talent awards.
Jackie has coached women in all 50 states and 6 countries for every major pageant system including those entering their first local pageant to those who have graced the international stage. Check out the Commit to the Crown winner's circle here.
Her life after pageantry includes work as a professional vocalist, actor and spokesmodel. She has advanced twice in the American Traditions Vocal Competition, appeared Off-Broadway, in national commercial spots for Lexis Nexis and Walmart, a regional commercial spot for NY Jets and represented clients such as BMW and Panasonic. Jackie's understanding of the entertainment industry is coupled with a Bachelors degree in Voice Performance (University of Illinois), Masters degree in Educational Theatre (CUNY) and 10 years of non-profit management experience working in the NYC arts community.

Shekinah Monee, Coach
Commit to the Crown NYC Associate Coach Shekinah Monee
Shekinah Monee is a Brand Strategist, Lifestyle Blogger, and Influencer. This international MBA recipient is a former Executive Director of two preliminaries for Miss America and was most recently served on the Miss NY Board of the Directors and the Booking Director for Miss New York’s Outstanding Teen. Shekinah has a vast amount of knowledge in what is required for a Beauty Queen to build a brand.
While Shekinah loves working behind the scenes she started off as a Beauty Queen competing in Miss NY USA, Miss GA USA, and America's Perfect pageants. She held the titles of Miss Metro Atlanta USA, NYC's Perfect Miss, NY's Perfect Woman, World's Perfect Woman Supermodel, and was last Brooklyn’s Perfect Woman. Shekinah is also signed to MMG and EFM Model Management.
Currently, Shekinah is guest speaking at colleges, pageants, and workshops sharing her journey to building her own brand. Shekinah has taught Perfectly You at America's Elite Miss pageant, Crown Con and Albright College, and will continue to share how to be perfectly you throughout the country.

Kailey Parker, Coach
Commit to the Crown West Coast Coach Kailey Parker
Based in Maui, Hawaii, Kailey began competing in pageants at the age of 18. Through competing, she worked to develop a newfound confidence in herself and earned the titles of Miss N.C. Washington USA and Miss Maui USA.
With a dream to become national titleholder, Kailey met Jackie in 2018. Together, they defined her vision, accentuated her purpose, and prepared for the Miss Earth United States competition in Washington D.C. Ultimately, Kailey walked away with the title of Miss Earth Air USA.
Over the years, she has learned that having a coach is all the difference it takes to be successful-the best investment one can make is within oneself expanding your confidence, knowledge, and ability to communicate on command. Kailey's passion is to now invest her years of experience into future pageant competitors and help them unlock their full potential.
Kailey holds a Marketing degree (Wenatchee Valley College) and is a licensed cosmetologist (Academy of Hair Design). She has worked extensively in the fashion and beauty industry working as a buyer for major brands.

Chakendra Fenell, ASSOCIATE Coach
Commit to the Crown Associate Coach Chakendra Fennell
Chakendra Fennell is a New York based singer, actor, and performer. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma. She’s performed both state side and abroad for the past 5 years. Chakendra was a semi-finalist in the Miss New York USA 2021 pageant. Having been her first pageant, she placed in the Top 20 among 160+ girls with the help of Commit to the Crown. She’s thrilled to join the CTTC family as an Associate Coach. She is excited to coach using her extensive performance training and experience. Chakendra hopes to serve as a mentor and role model for her clients. Through her coaching, she will assist in strengthening confidence both on and off the stage!
